Fall Fun

We have had a busy, but fun fall. We've gone to pumpkin patches, fall festivals, saw Elmo Live and much more. This is my favorite time of year! I love the cooler weather and beautiful leaves. Here are a few pictures that capture our October.

We went to the Fall Festival at church on Saturday night. Hannah Kate was a ballerina. Thanks to Aunt Deborah who gave her a tutu for her birthday! :) She loved wearing it.

Hannah Kate turned 2 on October 14th. It is amazing how fast these 2 years have gone. It makes me realize how special each day is. We had a Cowgirl birthday party for her on Saturday. It was so much fun celebrating with family and friends. Enjoy the pictures. Yee haw!

Our Beach Trip

We recently went to Litchfield Beach for a few days with the Andrews' side of our family. We had a wonderful time being with Nana, Papa, Uncle Scott, and Mimi (my Aunt Mickie). Hannah Kate loved the beach this time. What a difference a few months makes. She still wasn't sure how she felt about her hands and feet getting "dirty" with sand but it didn't stop her from playing. She also enjoyed getting her feet wet in the water.

This has been a fun summer for us! I can't believe it is already September! Hannah Kate will be 2 next month! Hard to believe. Lately she has had a fascination with our shoes. We find her in our closet trying to walk in our shoes. She also is really into her baby doll named Amy. She feeds her, covers her up, sings to her. Here are just a few pictures to capture her in action.

4th of July

We had a great 4th of July this year. We spent the morning at the pool with Chris, Jenn and Kayna. Then we went to church for some fun in the sun. There was a moonwalk, face painting, dunking booth, games and food! One of Hannah Kate's favorite activity was jumping in the moonwalk especially with her cousins!

We had our small group over the other night for some dinner and hanging out. We ended up in the backyard playing with the kids until dark. How I love summer nights!

Mountains

We went to Brevard, NC a couple of weekends ago with Nana and Papa. My grandad built this house so we (the Andrews) grew up going there as a family. This was Hannah Kate's first trip. We went hiking, golfing, shopping and saw lots of animals including white squirrels. We had a wonderful time! Here are some pictures from our big hike.

Uncle Tot

Hannah Kate loves her Uncle "Tot" (Scott). Recently he was in Charlotte and Hannah Kate was checking out his beard. She wasn't quite sure what to think of it.

Recently Daniel and I went to Austin, TX for Mary Catherine's wedding. MC is a friend from high school and college. We had a great time in Texas! Hannah Kate stayed here with her Nana and Papa. She had a great time with them. We sure missed her though! Here are a few pictures from the wedding.
